- Thanksgiving - Nov 22 and Nov 23
- Christmas - Dec 24 through Dec 28
During office closure, you can continue to access the online courses as normal. However, our lines of communication and support are changed as follows:
- Live Office Phones - messages can be left via voicemail
- Main website "contact" forms - messages can continue to be sent online
- Support portal tickets - tickets can continue to be created and managed online
All lines of communication and support will be periodically audited for urgent situations. However, in most cases, please allow us until the next business day after the scheduled closure ends to respond. Thanks for your understanding; enjoy the holidays!
