Is your district hosting CompuScholar courses in Canvas, Schoology, or a similar LMS? The 2026 editions of our course cartridges are now available!
Depending on the course you use, you may or may not want to update your existing integration. Some courses have few to no changes this year, so updates to your LMS are likely not needed. Other courses have significant changes that would merit a new integration.
COURSES WITH LITTLE CHANGE
The following courses don’t have any big changes, and you can potentially continue with what you’ve already integrated, if desired.
- C# Programming
- Java Programming
- Tech Essentials
- Unity Game Programming
COURSES WITH SOME ADDITIONS
The following courses have new lessons and/or chapters that will potentially merit new imports in your system, if you want to access the new content:
- Digital Savvy – A variety of new lessons in Supplemental Chapters 1 – 3, plus a new Supplemental Chapter 4 on "Working with AI"
- Computer Science Foundations - New lessons in Supplemental Chapter 2, plus a new Supplemental Chapter 4 on "Working with AI"
SUBSTANTIALLY NEW COURSES
The following courses are substantially rewritten into all-new chapters and should definitely be re-imported if you are using them:
- Web Design – Please see this announcement for a description of this all-new 2026 edition
- Python Programming (forthcoming) – Please see this announcement for a description of this all-new 2026 edition
